Introduction

Hello and welcome to our world at Beales Gourmet. Our story starts here…… After my return from the gastronomic haven of France in 2005 my ambition, to create an elite local catering company that would bring delight to diners at any occasion, started to unfold. I had dreamed about having a company that would create innovative and bespoke menus – a company that would never compromise on food quality and a company that put the desires of customers first. My ambition became reality and Beales Gourmet Ltd was born.

Having worked as a chef in a wide variety of exclusive establishments, I knew just what I was looking for in building the perfect team to make Beales Gourmet the most desirable caterers on the South Coast. Our team now consists of the very best local chefs, precise service staff and a knowledgeable sales team all sharing my vision and enthusiasm to create the most sensational cuisine, delivered with absolute precision.
