Established in 2005, BEALES GOURMET are one of the fastest growing Catering & Event Management companies on the South Coast based at the Italian Villa, set within the Compton Acres gardens in Canford Cliffs, Poole. The company was founded by award winning, Michelin star-trained chef Tony Beales, now Director of Catering.
Catering for all types of events in and around Dorset & Hampshire, Tony brings a stylish and contemporary approach to the catering using fresh, seasonal and where possible locally sourced produce in the menus. Over the past 6 years Beales Gourmet has established many exclusive contracts to provide catering in venues which include The Italian Villa, Highcliffe Castle, the Winchester Guildhall, Lulworth Castle and the Lighthouse in Poole. Beales Gourmet also specialises in corporate, private house & yacht catering, in addition to all types of marquee events. From the very start Tony saw a niche in the market for affordable, trustworthy and high quality catering - a vision which has proved successful in every way and founded the basis on which Beales Gourmet has grown and continues to grow.
Beales Gourmet's latest venture has been taking on the management of the Italian Villa at Compton Acres in February 2010, providing a personal & exclusive service for wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties. Laura Hart, the Villa Manager, is always on hand to advise and guide you during the early stages or your event. During your event with Beales Gourmet, Front-of-House and Events' Manager James Matthews will ensure you receive an outstanding level of service from the waiting team throughout your occasion which will leave an everlasting impression on your guests. Molly Beales, the Company Secretary, manages the company's Accounts, HR and Health & Safety matters. With a core team of 15 full time employees and 40 casual staff, Beales Gourmet have a highly-trained catering and management team to enable the company to provide multiple events on any one day.
