Beales Gourmet can arrange a variety of Hog Roasts and BBQ's to make your day extra special.  Let us organise everything from:

100lb pig + 2 staff to carve & serve + rolls + stuffing + sauces + crockery hire + delivery - price on request

Useful information
All pigs used are free range Dorset pigs. A 100lb pig is enough for 150 pig in rolls and 100 pig on plates. Cooking times for a 100lb pig is 6-7 hours. Delivery is included within a 3 mile radius of Poole. Where indicated staff are included for 2 hours- 30 minutes to set up – 1 hour to carve & serve and 30 minutes to clear away. Stuffings, apple sauce and all salads & desserts are home-made in the Beales Gourmet kitchen.

Table linen, glass hire, additional serving staff, mobile bars and extended menus will be quoted for accordingly.

With the carved and served hog roast option a gazebo tent and buffet tables are included.
